GD Biotech est ravie de vous annoncer aujourd’hui la signature d’une licence exclusive avec la SATT Nord.  

Cette licence marque l’accomplissement d’une collaboration de 3 ans avec la SATT Nord qui a pour vocation d’accélérer le transfert de technologies et de connaissances issues de la recherche publique vers les industriels.  

Le projet baptisé CowBiot a abouti à l’identification d’un biomarqueur du microbiote intestinal bovin, prédictif d’une plus grande longévité en production laitière, favorisant ainsi la sélection d’animaux à moindre impact carbone.   

Cette innovation technologique licenciée découle des travaux collaboratifs de recherche entre GD Biotech et Magali Chabé, Maître de conférences à l’Université de Lille, au sein de l’équipe de recherche ECOPHIP du Center for Infection and Immunity of Lille, dirigée par Viscogliosi Eric, DR CNRS (Audebert et al., 2016; https://www.nature.com/articles/srep25255).

GD Biotech is thrilled to announce the signing of an exclusive licence with SATT Nord.  

This licence marks the culmination of a 3-year collaboration with SATT Nord, which aims to accelerate the transfer of technology and knowledge from public research to industry.   

The CowBiot project has led to the identification of a biomarker in bovine intestinal microbiota that is predictive of greater longevity in dairy production, thereby encouraging the selection of animals with a lower carbon impact.    

This licensed technological innovation is the result of collaborative research between GD Biotech and Magali Chabé, Senior Lecturer at the University of Lille, as part of Center for Infection and Immunity of Lille ECOPHIP research team, led by Viscogliosi Eric, DR CNRS (Audebert et al., 2016; https://www.nature.com/articles/srep25255).
