🥇A year ago, we were proud to share that CowBiot® has been awarded a Sommet d’Or 2024 – a recognition that highlights innovation and impact in the agricultural sector.

CowBiot® is a patented biomarker of the gut flora, predictive for the health and longevity of dairy cows. We demonstrated that animals’ free of CowBiot’s biomarker experience more diseases and have +20% chance of early culling between lactation rank 1 and 2 compare to animal carrying the biomarker.
The early assessment of CowBiot’s status opens the way for precision feeding strategies where CowBiot’s positive animals could be targeted with ration to boost performance vs. ration to boost health/immunity for negative ones.

Our proof of concept has been made on dairy cows, but as the biomarker is quite ubiquitous, we believe it could work the same for other livestock species.
